The plantation's Main House is situated at the end of a private two-mile drive in an impressive setting with live oaks, expansive lawn and fenced pasture. Built in 1988-1989 it is a classic plantation style home with fireplaces in the main rooms, heart pine floors, intricate woodwork. There is a library, a formal dining room, and a spacious living room with exposed beam ceilings. There are eight bedrooms, four upstairs and four down, all with full baths. A comfortable den with high ceiling overlooks a large patio.
